What You Need
Once you are registered to vote all you’ll need is a valid photo ID. Examples include but are not limited to:
- A Wisconsin DOT-issued driver license
- A Wisconsin DOT-issued identification card
- A U.S. passport

When to Vote
The upcoming general election in Wisconsin is November 8. Due to the effects of COVID-19 we recommend everyone to vote absentee if possible. More information about absentee voting is located at the top of this page.
What’s on My Ballot?
Ballots are typically available 47 days before an election with federal contests and 21 days before state and local contests.
